IMPORTANT TRYOUT INFORMATION FOR ALL

TRYOUT TIMES WILL BE UPLOADED MAY 31, 2022

CURRENTLY REGISTERED BTT COMPETITIVE PLAYERS DO NOT HAVE TO SIGN UP FOR TRYOUTS.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING…

BTT currently registered athletes not injured or out of town - Presence at tryouts is required.
Please wear your gray or black numbered training top to tryouts as this will serve as your tryout number in our system for evaluation/attendance purposes.
***BTT players should bring both training tops, in case staff need them to change colors for tryout needs***
Current BTT members will be automatically populated in our tryout registration report.
Just report to your age group table/canopy per the field map in the courtyard and check in.

IF you are injured or out of town (current BTT) during tryouts June 6 & June 7, 2022 - account for these situations/absences by emailing our registrar at registrar@boisetimbersthorns.org.
This way you will be accounted for as such on tryout reports with the coaching staff...Please do this even if you have previously communicated to a coach.

THE AREAS BELOW WILL BE CONTINUALLY UPDATED WITH INFORMATION THROUGH MAY & JUNE 2022

 U12 & BELOW AGE GROUPS ONLY - TRYOUTS OFFER INFORMATION & PROCESS  

BTT Internal Members will be sent via TeamSnap/email your direct link to register in the future for U12 and under programming - Check your TeamSnap communications and/or emails often during this time.  Any questions contact your applicable program director (contacts provided below).

 U13 & ABOVE AGE GROUPS ONLY - TRYOUTS OFFER INFORMATION & PROCESS  
After Day One (and Day Two) of tryouts, families will receive an email via their contact information within GotSport system and/or tryout sign in, with ONE of the following five options:

1. OFFER - U13 and above - BOISE TIMBERS - Elite 64 National League Pool Spot OR BOISE THORNS - Elite Clubs National League Pool Spot - Register by deadline as such to accept your spot
2. OFFER - U13 and above - Competitive Program Spot - Elite 64 National League OR Elite Clubs National League vs Red Pool is to be determined based on continued involvement and opportunities through age group programming training & play over the 2022-2023 programming cycle - FOR NOW Register as Red such to accept your spot
   • Club dues would be adjusted at time of “full time” Elite Academy League or Elite Clubs National League status
3. OFFER - RED Program Spot - Register by deadline as such to accept your spot
4. PLAYER IS RECOMMENDED TO ATTEND DAY TWO TRYOUTS - JUNE 7, 2021 AT YOUR AGE GROUP & GENDER TIME SLOT - Please bring your tryout bib number/numbered BTT training tops to avoid having to sign in again prior to Day Two tryout.
   • IF your family receives one of these after Day One, you will get another communication with follow up and details after Day Two tryout.
5. Player is recommended to register for the BTT - 2022-2023 Recreational Youth League
